This special training seminar will focus on the cultivation and expression of Ki (life energy) in Aikido. When the basic physical moves of Aikido become enlivened and imbued with Ki, we move through the world of "haku" ordinary ki, into the sphere of "kon" extraordinary Ki. At this heightened level of practice, one's performance of Aikido techniques becomes virtually effortless. Throughout the seminar we will learn new methods to connect with, generate, sustain, and express higher levels of Ki. Ki Breathing, Somato Respiratory Integration, Seitai, Core Energetics, and Aikido practice will serve as the tools we will utilize to enter deeply into the sphere of the extraordinary.
